The Reklama’2009 International specialized exhibition is a unique B2B event in Russia and CIS countries. Reklama’2009 embraces all kinds of the advertising market and exhibits all its trends at one area.  Over 20 years this key and most efficient event in the advertising industry determines the industry development vector and reflects the entire spectrum of innovation products and services in this field.  The project is arranged by Expocentre and the National Advertising Association.

This largest Forum in the country is supported by the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Moscow City Government.  The high status of the Reklama exhibition and its compliance with the world standards and the International Exhibition Community’s high requirements are confirmed with honorary labels of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). 

The largest advertising companies demonstrate all existing and prospective novelties in the market including new materials and equipment, new trends, technologies, ideas and solutions just at the Expocentre Fairgrounds.  Everything with regard to the advertising industry will be shown at one area. Such well-known companies as Helvetika, HP, Khimsyrio, LIR, LRT, Mehler Technologies GmbH, Orgsteklo,   R-Technik, Russkom, WeMaTec, Zenon Sign Supply and many other ones participate in Reklama’2009.

The 17th International Specialized Exhibition is traditionally held within the bounds of the Russian Advertising Week. That is why well-known advertising specialists and companies leaders of the Russian and foreign markets are expected to participate in the Show.     

The Reklama International exhibition, the main advertising event in Russia, is the best place for professionals’ contacts. It provides for high business efficiency, proposes effective solutions to conduct business, and promotes the company status strengthening.

This year the Exhibition space amounts 4 000 sq meters. 170 companies will demonstrate all different aspects of the advertising business. Reklama’2009 will bring together leaders of the advertising product market from Russia as well as key foreign advertising companies from China, Czechia, Germany, Great Britain, Netherlands,  Poland, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine under one roof of Expocentre.

The Exhibition exponents will traditionally demonstrate the latest technologies and production of various kinds of advertisement. 

This year the exhibition web-site has become an industry resource. Companies have an opportunity to arrange news reports about their products and manufacture novelties.

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES FOR EXPONENTS AND VISITORS

The exhibition exponents will be provided with a supplementary package of the following proposals on the effectiveness increase of a company’s participation in the Show:

  • A training seminar on the efficient participation in exhibition arranged for the Reklama’2009 exponents. This unique service is granted by only one exhibition company in Russia – Expocentre;
  • Free admission to an exhibition carried into effect by Expocentre since the 18th of May, 2009 allows exponents to invite their potential clients without limit; 
  • The “On-line” registration allowing visitors to pass to the Expocentre Fairgrounds rather quickly;
  •  The Expocentre assistance to companies-participants with organization of the address invitation of visitors;

THE EXHIBITION BUSINESS SUPPORT PROGRAMME

This year the business support programme will be focused on the following main trends of the modern advertising world undergone changes during the economic instability: Internet-advertising, actual and effective means of promotion.

A joint meeting of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on advertising entrepreneurship, the Council of Associations of the Media Industry, the Russian Branch of the International Advertising Association will be held within the bounds of the Exhibition. The Association of the Russian Communications Agencies with the assistance of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on advertising entrepreneurship and the International Confederation of Consumers’ Societies with the assistance of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on advertising entrepreneurship will arrange round tables.     

For the first time a session of the Advertising Federation of Regions Association and the “New Line Business” Centre-business-education with the assistance of the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on advertising entrepreneurship will take place during the Exhibition.  

Furthermore, a wide programme of seminars and masterclasses is prepared for participants and guests of the Exhibition. Seminars and masterclasses will be held by true advertising professionals such as a marketologist, an adviser in promotion and management (the A.I. Prigozhin’s business-school); a developer of a number of well-known brands promotion strategy; Andrew Krylov, Editor-in-chief of the Reklamodatel magazine; Andrei Purtov,  Editor-in-chief of the Identity magazine; Maxim Poluboyarinov, a member of the International Artists’ Federation, the Union of the Russian Artists and Advertising Photographers Guild, a winner of many Russian and foreign photography contests;  Kirill Nikolaev, creator of the Karta SMI portal, Director General of the Nikolaev e:Ñonsulting company. The saturated business support programme is prepared by the National Advertising Association, the Reklamnyie tekhnologii Publishing House and the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs. The exhibition of the best advertising photo works of the Russian and foreign masters will be arranged at the Forum.
